Just after arriving @ Mexico City I took a little time to walk along Paseo de la Reforma and took some images.

By the way, I almost get my iPaq lost because I left it on the bus seat, but the good will of another passenger who return it to me. Not to mention a little bit luck too. Thank you to that guy. You see still there are good persons in this world.

Inmediatamente al llegar a la Ciudad de México, me tomé un poco de tiempo para caminar por Paseo de la Reforma y tomar unas cuantas imágenes.

Por cierto, casi pierdo la iPaq al dejarla sobre el asiento del autobús, pero la buena fe de otro pasajero, quien me buscó para regresármela, evitó la tragedia. Aun agradezco a esa persona. Eso demuestra que aun existen personas honradas en este mundo.

Santa Monica Pier

Aquí pueden ver una imagen más conocida de Santa Monica, el muelle con su montaña rusa y su rueda de la fortuna. Este fue mi punto de partida para la gran caminata ida y vuelta a Venice Beach.

Here you can see a better known view of Santa Monica. The pier with the rollercoaster and the wheel of fortune. This was my start point of my walk back and forth to Venice Beach.

3rd Street Promenade

Después de tres días finalmente llegué a conocer a Santa Monica. 3rd Street Promenade es un increíble lugar con sus tiendas (Mac Store & Barnes & Noble mis preferidas) y sus músicos que transforman este paseo peatonal en su escenario para compartir sus creaciones con los paseantes. Todos los días parecen ser fin de semana en esta parte de la ciudad, a sólo tres cuadras de la playa.

After being three days in L.A. I reached Santa Monica. What and amazing place is 3^rd Street Promenade, with its stores (Mac Store & Barnes & Noble my preferred), street musicians and performers transform this walk into an stage to share their creations with the pedestrians. Everyday seems to be weekend in this part of the city, just three block from the beach.

Como un típico angelino - Like a regular L.A. commuter

Realmente no me gusta ser el típico turista que renta un coche o se transporta siempre en taxi, así que me moví por todo Los Angeles en el transporte público. Véanme esperando el camión para ir a Santa Mónica este día (primero el 232 al aeropuerto y entonces tomar el Big Blue Bus 3 a mi destino).

I don’t really like to be the typical tourist, so I decided to move me around L.A. by bus. Here I am at the bus stop waiting to get the transport to Santa Monica (route 232 to LAX and transfer to the Big Blue Bus 3 for my final destination)
